However, the DVR functionality does come with a 30-day time limit which means that you don’t have the same freedom to store shows for too long.

Your recordings expire after 30 days. Therefore, you will need to watch them relatively quickly.

2. No Sports.

While the low price should make it obvious, you can’t expect live sports with Philo.

Overall, there is a lot to like about Philo and it’s various live entertainment offerings. If you are looking for an affordable live streaming service, you won’t find a much better option than Philo. The biggest downside with Philo comes with its DVR functionality having a time limit attached to it and the fact that it might be limited in terms of content.
